Luxembourg Elections: certification of request form and passport

For the attention of Luxembourg Nationals resident abroad

Please send the signed request with a copy of your passport to the Luxembourg Embassy at 27 Wilton Crescent, London SW1X 8SD. The Embassy will certify both the request and the copy of your passport and will return both documents by post.
